MSC FISHERY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT: ACTION PLAN

For a fishery that does not yet meet the MSC Standard, a Fishery Improvement Project action plan is the second step within the Fishery Improvement Project process. An action plan is a key step in the process as it records all the activities that will help the fishery correct deficiencies necessary to achieve its objectives. The action plan provides the framework for how the fishery will make improvements required to achieve ongoing sustainable practices.
